Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager at our Midlothian bakery-cafe to lead shifts, develop team members, and uphold our high service standards. You will drive guest satisfaction by coaching staff, managing operations, and fostering a welcoming store culture.

Qualifications

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
