Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking a Team Manager to lead a team of Agents, coaching them to grow confidence and performance while shaping a healthy, dynamic culture.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training, conduct 1:1s, and partner with leadership to set priorities. You’ll contribute to sales performance and model entrepreneurial energy in a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members.

• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction.
• Partner with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training to set up new hires for long-term success.
• Lead performance reviews and help create development plans tailored to each member.
• Represent talent and contribute to sales performance while leading by example.

You will oversee a team of Agents, help them grow in confidence and performance, and play a direct role in continuing to shape our healthy, dynamic and high-performing culture. You will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability

• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction

• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities

• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success.

• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member

• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example

What You Bring

Ideally, you have around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.
