Job summary
Ladder is hiring a Team Manager to own the day-to-day execution, performance, and management of its coach-led fitness teams. You’ll ensure the member experience meets a 5‑star standard, launch new teams, and partner with coaches to evolve programming and progression.
You’ll live in data, run surveys, and drive metrics that shape the teams’ success, with autonomy and a strong mandate to improve every week.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in business operations, program/project management, or account management
- A current fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar)
- Ability to analyze workout programming and judge quality
- Ability to pull and diagnose data to identify drivers
- Fast learner of tools and in-house systems (Google Workspace, Amplitude, Claude)
- Ability to build and analyze surveys
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution, performance, and management of assigned Ladder teams
- Review and analyze workout programming and uphold a 5‑star member experience
- Launch and onboard new teams, ensuring the team is built for the right member
- Liaise with coaches to shape programming strategy and progression
- Drive metrics for team success and translate data into guidance
- Engage in product-like ownership of team experiences and outcomes
