Ladder is the #1 iOS strength & conditioning app with a scalable, coach-led model. We seek a Team Manager to own day-to-day execution, partner with coaches, and raise the bar for every member experience.

As a 10x operator, you’ll own strategy, standards, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement across teams while collaborating with a fast-growing, capital-backed company in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, program/project management, or account management.
• Current fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar).
• Ability to analyze workouts and diagnose what holds up.
• Ability to pull data, read it, and diagnose drivers of performance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Amplitude, and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution, performance, and management of assigned Ladder teams.
• Review and analyze workout programming to ensure a 5‑star member experience.
• Own launches, onboarding for coaches, and team build for the right member.
• Liaise between Ladder and coaches, building high-trust relationships.
• Shape programming strategy with coaches and drive data‑driven improvements.
