Job summary

Ladder is seeking a Team Manager to own the day-to-day execution, performance, and management of assigned teams. You will review workout programming to maintain a 5-star member experience and launch new teams with onboarding and proper setup.

You will partner with coaches to shape programming, monitor metrics, and translate data into actionable guidance, all within a fast-paced, high-agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, program/project management, or account management.
• Current fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar).
• Can analyze a week of workouts and assess quality.
• Able to pull data, read it, and diagnose drivers.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Amplitude, and Claude.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-agency environments.
