Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting a Team Manager for Banking Operations to support the LBCM New York operational process from the UK working day. You’ll lead a small team, ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service levels.

You’ll mentor staff, manage performance measures, and drive continuous improvement across lending and trade operations, including CI with AI approaches, to deliver strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of developing teams and engaging colleagues.
• Knowledge of Lending and Trade Operations.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies; including AI in CI.
• Knowledge of Trade & Lending products in commercial banking.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and control of resources across a team to ensure timely, compliant services.
• Mentor and develop direct reports to improve knowledge and effectiveness.
• Handle KPIs in line with Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Ensure operations comply with group and regulatory policies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and provide feedback.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Collaborate with Trade Services to improve end-to-end processes.
