Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager in Florida who will ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food and service. You will lead and develop team members by coaching and inspiring them while meeting sales and guest experience goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant management experience and must be flexible with their hours. This role includes benefits like paid vacation and medical insurance, plus great opportunities for career advancement.

Your Role Includes:

Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.

This Opportunity Is for You:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
