Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a restaurant team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Experience coaching and cross-training Team Members.
• Ability to open/close the restaurant, manage orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Advocates food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Strong decision-making and issue-resolution skills.
• Support shift deployment and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations in partnership with managers.
• Ensure standards are executed and guest experience is maintained.
• Train and develop team members on procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ordering groceries.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Support deployment of staff for service peaks.
