Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive the daily restaurant operations, support managers, and coach Team Members to uphold hospitality and quality standards. This role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and safety, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing brand.

As a Team Leader, you will manage opening/closing routines, assist with inventory and orders, and ensure food safety practices are followed to deliver a superior guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and motivate staff.
• Experience coaching and cross-training Team Members.
• Ability to manage opening/closing procedures and inventory.
• Strong focus on food safety practices and cleanliness.
• Decisive, proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Coordinate shifts to ensure high service during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the team and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and develop Team Members; promote a positive work environment and training initiatives.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Prioritize food safety and sanitation; ensure compliance with standards and training.
