Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to bring to life our mission, values, and guest-centric service in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and drive training and development of Team Members to deliver outstanding hospitality and food quality.

The role partners with General Managers and Assistant GMs to ensure standards are met, inventories managed, and shifts executed with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to guests.
• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure that other Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Deploy on scheduled shift to ensure heightened levels of service interactions with guests.
