Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our culture to life in our restaurants across the US. You will lead daily operations, coach Team Members, and partner with managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory management, order placement, and service deployment to ensure consistent quality and strong team engagement. This role emphasizes growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering guest service.
• Ability to open/close the restaurant and manage duties.
• Knowledge of inventory, ordering, and cash handling basics.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness in all areas.
• Strong decision making and ability to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and guest interactions to ensure a positive experience.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed.
• Place food orders, conduct inventory, and assist with cash handling as needed.
• Support training and development of Team Members and cross training.
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain cleanliness across the restaurant.
• Delegate routines and monitor service levels to meet standards.
