Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Leader for Clean Express Auto Wash in Cleveland to guide daily operations and support a fast-paced service environment. You will train staff, drive sales growth, and maintain top-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a positive attitude, flexibility including weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods while upholding safety guidelines and wearing required safety equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction and lead a team.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales growth while upholding quality standards.
• Greet customers and create long-lasting first impressions.
• Educate customers about Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality through Quality Control checks.
• Address escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
