Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the site's facility and operations responsibilities.
• Drive exceptional customer service and sales growth; maintain quality standards.
• Greet customers with lasting first impressions.
• Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through Quality Control checks.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
