Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain service standards.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and process transactions.
• Promote membership interactions with new customers.
• Learn wash processes to expand knowledge base.
