Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Leader at our Roseville location to manage site operations, lead a fast-paced team, and deliver exceptional customer care. You will train staff, promote the Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure high-quality service while supporting sales growth and maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership development, ongoing training, and a clear path for growth within a fast-growing company known for award-winning service and community commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent not required; high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.

Responsabilités

• Support site facilities and operations as Team Leader.
• Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
• Greet customers and explain benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality through proper QC checks and adherence to standards.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
