CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily operations, guest experience, and team development in a fast-paced restaurant environment in the United States. The TL will collaborate with managers to ensure standards, train teammates, and uphold safety and quality while delivering on guest commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and guest experience in the restaurant.
• Coach and train Team Members and ensure standards are met.
• Assist with opening/closing, orders, inventory and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and maintain cleanliness.
• Work with managers to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Support shift deployment to maximize service interactions and timely food delivery.
