CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to drive guest satisfaction and team performance in our restaurants. You will lead daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure food safety and service standards are consistently met.

As a TL you will collaborate with managers to open, close, place orders, manage inventory, and handle cash while maintaining a positive work environment and guest-focused culture.

Qualifikationen

• Fostering hospitality across guest and team interactions.
• Coaching and cross-training teammates as the business grows.
• Handling opening/closing tasks, ordering, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Upholding food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Modeling sound decision making and resolving issues as they arise.
• Deploying practices on shifts to ensure high levels of service and timely food presentation.
