Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission and values to life across our restaurants. TLs partner with the GM and AGM to lead daily operations, foster a positive work environment, delegate routines, ensure standards, and support training and development of Team Members.

You'll collaborate with teams to maintain hospitality, safety, and service excellence, manage opening/closing duties, inventory, and guest satisfaction while upholding CAVA's commitments to quality and community.

Qualifications

• Provide hospitality and guest-focused service to customers.
• Lead and coach team members to meet performance goals.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Coach training programs and onboard new Team Members.
• Handle cash, inventory, and ordering processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and model expected behaviors for the team.
• Delegate routines, monitor performance, and ensure standards are met.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to drive guest satisfaction and safety.
• Support shift deployment and service interactions with guests.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and order accuracy.
