Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to translate our mission and values into daily actions in our restaurants. TLs lead the team, delegate routines, promote a positive work environment, and partner with Assistant General Managers and General Managers to deliver on commitments to guests.

They oversee opening/closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling, while supporting food safety practices and teammate training. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and promote a positive work environment for guests and team members.
• Delegate routines and important tasks while ensuring standards are executed.
• Support training and development of Team Members and cross-train staff.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues as they arise.
