CAVA is hiring a Team Leader to join our restaurant team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food safety and standards are met to provide quality service.

As a TL, you will open/close shifts, support inventory and orders, and model hospitality while fostering a positive work environment and growth opportunities within a fast-growing brand.
