Job summary

The Escape Game in Orlando is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small crew and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. You will model hospitality, lead a team of 4-15, and uphold our service standards throughout shifts.

This role requires flexibility, the ability to stand for long periods, and comfort with hands-on tasks like light cleaning and minor game maintenance. We offer comprehensive benefits and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1–2 years in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.
• Adherence to uniform standards.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–15 teammates to deliver five-star guest experiences.
• Open and close the store, ensure games start on time.
• Manage cash/inventory and assist with minor game repairs.
• Provide coaching using TEG’s leadership principles.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere and resolve guest concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
