Job summary

The Escape Game in San Antonio seeks a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality and lead a 4-15 person team on shift. You will embody our service standards, ensure games start on time, and maintain a five-star guest experience while coaching teammates through our Continuous, Gracious Pressure approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of guest-facing leadership experience and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of guest-facing experience.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks as part of the role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
