Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for our Fabrication team. You will support production operations by ensuring technicians have materials and resources, track downtime and quality metrics, and serve as a backup to the Production Coordinator.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and clear communication across shifts. We value leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, with hours from 6am to 2pm and a start salary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership or production support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Familiarity with BPCS system or willingness to learn.
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Coordinator with daily operations, job setup, and technician support.
• Monitor production flow and ensure technicians have necessary materials.
• Coordinate packaging and skidding of fabricated parts.
• Maintain production display boards and document downtime/quality issues.
• Step in to assist with production tasks as needed.
• Suggest and support productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Train new employees on PPE and safety protocols.

Hours: 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime

Salary: Starting at $21.50
