Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Certifications: KI Robot Welding (preferred or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment (e.g., robotic welders, hydraulic banks, saws, benders, drill presses).
• Use hand tools such as drills, riveters, impact tools, and wrenches.
• Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain high standards.
• Train new technicians as needed.
• Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
• Offer suggestions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Prioritize safety and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Report safety concerns and help onboard new employees on safety protocols.
