Krueger International (KI) is seeking a hands-on team leader for our Manitowoc fabrication team. You will support production by ensuring technicians have materials and resources, track downtime and quality, and back up the Production Coordinator as needed.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and with a team. KI offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership or production support experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Email; familiarity with BPCS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Coordinator with daily operations, job setup, and technician support.
• Monitor production flow and ensure technicians have necessary materials.
• Coordinate packaging and skidding of fabricated parts.
• Troubleshoot fabrication equipment (presses, saws).
• Maintain production display boards and document downtime/quality issues.
• Step in to assist with production tasks as needed.
• Suggest and support productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Train new employees on PPE and safety protocols.

Location: Manitowoc

Hours: 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime

Salary: Starting at $21.50

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented team leader to join our Fabrication team in Manitowoc.
