The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. They promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.

You should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:
Experience: Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, ethical conflict resolution, and ability to perform core responsibilities effectively.
