Essential duties and responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will support the site's facilities and operations, deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain quality standards.

• Drive customer service excellence, sales growth, and quality standards
• Greet customers and make lasting first impressions
• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Engage with customers before and after the wash for satisfaction
• Perform quality assurance through Quality Control checks
• Lead the team to provide high-quality service
• Handle customer escalations professionally
• Operate retail equipment and understand the wash process
• Motivate the team to exceed service standards
• Create a positive team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
• Positive demeanor and professional communication skills
• Leadership and excellence in task completion
• Professional appearance as per guidelines
• Accountability and reliability

Work environment and physical demands:

• Stand and move throughout the site for entire shifts
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs
