Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA is seeking a Team Lead for the 2nd shift (Seasonal) to coordinate warehousing, receiving and shipping activities under supervision. The role focuses on safety, quality and performance while guiding associates to meet customer demands.

Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma, 1 year in logistics, and forklift/MHE operation experience. Willingness to train, work evenings/weekends and maintain accurate procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift equipment.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train associates in distribution activities and SOPs.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer demands.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards in the warehouse.
• Direct labor, schedules, and performance records with the supervisor.
