Job Overview

As an Hourly Supervisor with Paradies Lagardère, you will help bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing daily store operations, driving financial success, and building great teams. We want to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years retail/customer service management experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
  • Minimum High School or GED.

Requirements:

  • Obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
  • Standing for long periods and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. The schedule is determined by business needs.
  • Proficiency required in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics.
