Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Team Lead to manage the SSVF program and supervise Case Managers. The role focuses on homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, and wraparound supports to help veterans attain or maintain permanent housing.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years' experience in relevant human services. Travel up to 50% and a day shift are expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, rehabilitative counseling, or related human service field is required.
• A minimum of two years experience working with homeless individuals and families including veterans is preferred.
• Veteran or member of a veteran family is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hold a case load for SSVF Program.
• Provide day-to-day operational activities, including maintaining and keeping track of SSVF documents.
• Provide team leadership for the SSVF program.
• Coordinate outreach and recruitment for SSVF.
• Develop inter-agency relationships to enhance referral processes.
• Review client files and provide guidance to case managers.
• Conduct weekly SSVF team meetings.
• Monitor and ensure services for veteran households are provided regularly.
