Job summary

Qualifications

• Veteran or member of a veteran family is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold a case load for SSVF Program.
• Provide day-to-day operational activities, including maintaining and keeping track of SSVF documents.
• Provide team leadership for the SSVF program.
• Coordinate outreach and recruitment for SSVF.
• Develop inter-agency relationships to enhance referral processes.
• Review client files and provide guidance to case managers.
• Conduct weekly SSVF team meetings.
• Monitor and ensure services for veteran households are provided regularly.
