Job summary

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas is hiring for a Co-Team Lead in the NC region. You will provide day-to-day management for the SSVF staff, lead the team, and ensure coordination with partners to support rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention.

You will cultivate outreach, supervise case management, and maintain program documentation, while working with veterans and vulnerable families to promote housing stability.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with homeless individuals and families including veterans is a plus.
• Veteran or family member of a veteran is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload for the SSVF Program.
• Provide day-to-day operational activities and maintain SSVF documents.
• Provides team leadership for the SSVF program.
• Coordinate client outreach and recruitment for SSVF.
• Review client files and guide case managers.
