Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our Kansas City, MO store. You will drive in-store experiences, lead a sales team, handle opening/closing, cash and standards, and support POS, merchandising and stockroom operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail with leadership exposure, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to sustain high growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership preference.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and help meet sales goals.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Assist in multiple departments: POS, merchandising, stockroom.
