Crocs, Inc. in the Fort Myers area is seeking a Team Lead, Sales to join our full-time retail team. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, support store operations, and lead by example to drive sales.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. You will act as a brand ambassador, collaborate with management, and ensure adherence to company policies and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while upholding Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Lead on the sales floor with Store Management to exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
