Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a retail environment with customer service focus.
• Experience in outdoor and/or sporting goods retailers preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support hourly team members, coaching for service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive sales, manage inventory accuracy, and assist with opening/closing.
• Train onboarding of new teammates and resolve conflicts.
• Support promotional events and provide strong product knowledge to customers.
• Ensure ATF-related firearms regulatory compliance and safety.
