Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment with a customer service focus.
• Experience within an outdoor and/or sporting goods retailer is beneficial.
• Team lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Tomax, Microsoft Word, Excel, Cisco phone system, and UKG is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, guidance, and training to hourly team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment and model expectations.
• Escalate issues to store management as needed.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and maintain store security.
