Job summary

Sportsman’s Warehouse in Silverdale is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, and coach Outfitters for high performance. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and retail experience in outdoor/sporting goods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment with customer service focus.
• Experience in outdoor and/or sporting goods retailer is preferred.
• Team lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Tomax, MS Word, MS Excel, Cisco phone system and UKG.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering engagement, accountability and high performance.
• Maintain communication with Outfitters to clarify expectations and training needs.
• Support performance evaluations with constructive feedback to employees.
• Help manage daily store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive sales and customer engagement through merchandising and service.
