Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities.
• Achieves branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing expert guidance about Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lists to expand relationships.
• Leads new business development opportunities and fosters financial wellness within local communities.
• Coaches junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Explains Regions’ digital banking offerings and fintech solutions to customers.
• Ensures a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Oversees branch operational and compliance tasks and communicates procedural changes.
• Resolves escalated issues in the Branch Manager’s absence and assists with hiring decisions.
• Refers customers to internal experts for deeper financial goals.
