Job summary

LensCrafters in the San Jose area is seeking a Team Lead to elevate customer service in-store and oversee key optical and lab processes. You will mentor sales associates, assist customers with selections and fit, and serve as an alternate store key holder.

In the lab role (if applicable) you will support eyewear fitting, ensure quality, and maintain lab tools and safety standards. HS diploma required; strong optical and retail experience a must.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience a must.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In Lab: custom fits glasses and place prescriptions in lenses; maintain tool safety and cleanliness.
