Part‑Time Leadership Role – Middletown

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Assistant Team Lead to help elevate the guest experience and support daily operations. In this part‑time leadership role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to drive sales, coach and develop partners, and ensure the salon consistently delivers an environment that reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.

• Competitive base: $18 per hour, with a guaranteed path to $20 per hour within the first year.

How You Will Lead

• Drive the sales floor: Master and model the proven 5‑step sales method. Confidently sell memberships, upgrade services, and actively coach Spa Consultants to hit peak performance.
• Master operations: Keep the business running flawlessly by assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals.
• Curate the aesthetic: Ensure the facility remains in pristine, luxury condition, overseeing everything from immaculate spa cleanliness to essential equipment upkeep and safety standards.
• Set the standard: Act as the ultimate brand ambassador. Oversee opening and closing procedures, champion the culture, and guarantee a world‑class guest experience during every interaction.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven, numbers‑driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.
