Soleil Tans Sun Spa is seeking a Part-time Team Lead in Flemington, NJ to support the Director of Operations and drive sales while coaching the team to deliver the luxury guest experience the brand is known for. This leadership role requires confidence in leading a team from day one and delivering exceptional service.

You will coach, mentor and develop partners, manage shifts, and uphold top-tier standards across guest experience, sales processes and daily operations.

Qualifications

• : At least 4 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurant or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making decisions and leading independently.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service and build rapport with guests.
• Sales: Lead with Soleil's sales process and drive memberships, retail, and service upgrades.
• Leadership: Coach, mentor and develop partners; onboard new team members.
• Operations: Support scheduling, inventory and daily operations; maintain luxury presentation.
