Soleil Tans Sun Spa in Matawan, New Jersey, seeks an experienced Team Lead to support the Director of Operations, drive sales, coach teammates, and deliver the luxury guest experience the brand is known for. The Team Lead will oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations while maintaining brand standards, coaching staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction during all shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making decisions and leading independently.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service consistent with the brand and build rapport with guests.
• Sales: Lead by example, drive memberships and product/service upgrades, monitor performance and coach for improvement.
• Leadership: Coach and develop team members, conduct daily performance conversations, onboard new hires, lead shifts confidently.
• Operations: Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations; maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation; ensure policy compliance.
