Job summary

Soleil Tans Sun Spa in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Team Lead to support the Team Lead in daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our brand values. This role provides leadership coverage when the Team Lead is not present and coaches teammates to perform at a high level.

You will oversee guest experience, ensure professional service, monitor shift-level sales, and assist with opening, closing, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership/sales experience in a similar environment.
• Demonstrated sales success with proven ability to close memberships and upsell products.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage shift-level leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations.
