Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to help bring its mission and values to life in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are executed while supporting training and development across Team Members.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, inventory and cash handling, and upholding food safety practices to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members as our business grows.
• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines and important tasks to team members; ensure standards are executed.
• Support the training and development of other Team Members.
