Job summary

CAVA Team Leaders play a key role in delivering on our mission and values at our restaurants. They lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and support training and development of Team Members.

As a Team Leader, you will collaborate with Assistant General Managers and General Managers to ensure standards, guest satisfaction, and smooth service. This role emphasizes leadership and hospitality in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with managers and team to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Coach and cross-train team members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model decision making and resolve issues.
• Support deployment on shifts for service quality.
