Job summary

CAVA in Huntington Beach is seeking Team Leaders to bring our hospitality-focused culture to life. You will lead daily operations, support the General Manager and Assistant GM, and help sustain a positive work environment while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the restaurant, coordinating food orders, managing inventory, handling cash, and coaching Team Members on service standards and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/restaurant team leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members; cross-training support.
• Responsible for opening/closing the restaurant, placing food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues on shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and guest service with positive energy.
• Supportgeneral managers by delegating routines and training Team Members on standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Promote food safety and cleanliness across the team.
• Foster a collaborative, service-driven work environment.
• Assist deployment of shift tasks to maintain high service levels.
