Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life in our Chandler restaurants. You’ll lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, delegate routines, ensure standards, and support training and development of team members.

The role collaborates with management to drive guest satisfaction, manage opening/closing, inventory, food safety, and timely service. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead daily with Managers and Team Members to bring hospitality and quality food
• Coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members as the business grows
• Open/close duties, placing food orders, inventory, and cash handling
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper practices and cleanliness
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues
• Deploy on scheduled shifts to ensure high service interactions and timely orders

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and ensure high service standards.
• Delegate tasks and monitor training and performance.
• Open/close the restaurant, manage orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness across shifts.
