Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life in our restaurants. TLs support performance with the General Managers, lead daily teams, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while delivering on guest commitments.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership during shifts, delegation, opening/closing duties, inventory checks, food safety adherence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across every step of service.

Qualifications

• Lead the team to deliver hospitable guest experiences.
• Coach and train Team Members for cross-training.
• Open/close duties, inventory checks, and cash handling as needed.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Make sound decisions and resolve issues as they arise.
• Coordinate shift deployment to ensure strong service levels.

Responsibilities
