Job summary

CAVA in Los Angeles is seeking Team Leaders to bring our hospitality-driven culture to life on the front lines. TLs partner with the General Manager and Assistant GM to lead daily operations, mentor teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

You will delegate routines, maintain standards, support training, manage opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling, and help uphold food safety and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Lead with hospitality to deliver quality food and guest experiences.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as our business grows.
• Support the opening/closing, ordering, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Support deployment practices on your scheduled shift to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities
