Job summary

CAVA - Cumming is hiring Team Leaders to help bring our mission and values to life in a fast-paced restaurant. As TL, you’ll lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and partner with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll open and close the store, manage routines, support training, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding hospitality to guests and teamwork with staff.
• Coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Maintain food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate sound decision making and resolve issues.
• Assist with shift deployment to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Managers to meet guest expectations.
• Train and mentor Team Members across shifts.
