Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders at our Primrose, TX location to bring our mission and core values to life for guests and teammates. You will lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and drive high standards by coaching and supporting Team Members.

In this role you’ll open and close the restaurant, manage inventory and cash handling, uphold food safety practices, and ensure timely guest service.

• Strong hospitality and guest service skills.
• Ability to open/close the restaurant, manage inventory and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and coach Team Members to deliver high service standards.
• Promote a positive work environment and uphold CAVA values.
• Open and close the restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory and handle cash.
• Ensure food safety practices and maintain cleanliness.
• Support deployment of team on shifts to maintain service quality.
